This program is an opportunity to learn and try out scientifically tested tools from the field of positive psychology that help you flourish, reduce your stress, optimise your thinking and savor life. This program is a unique occasion to experiment them in a fun and supportive environment, of a group limited to ten participants, leaving you nourished and empowered.
